You host the workshop and set your ticket price. We market your event to our 2,000+ member SoCal Adult Arts & Crafts community through email, social media, and Meetup. You keep 100% of your ticket sales.
We charge one flat marketing fee per event. This covers all promotion to our audience. There are no commissions or hidden costs.
Our past events have brought in:
Free events (like Craft & Chat) average about 37 RSVPs each — perfect for visibility and community building.
Paid events (taught workshops) typically see 7–20 RSVPs, generating $30–$50 per ticket in revenue.
Here’s an example of a workshop breakdown:
Ticket sales: $40 × 20 attendees = $800
Your expenses: $100–$300 for supplies, snacks (optional), and venue
Marketing fee: $50–$100 flat fee to us
Your profit: $400–$650+ after all expenses
Your exact numbers depend on ticket price, attendance, and supply costs, but most events earn several hundred dollars in profit even after expenses.
As the event host, you supply all materials, tools, and equipment for your workshop. This ensures quality control and consistent pricing for attendees.
The majority live in Costa Mesa, Irvine, Huntington Beach, and Santa Ana, with strong interest across all of Orange County.
Events with beginner-friendly crafts like painting, knitting, or candle making attract the widest audience because no experience is required. Seasonal and themed workshops often sell out quickly, and projects with a finished, take-home product perform better than open-ended or purely instructional events.
Yes. You set your ticket price, handle payments, and keep all revenue. We focus on marketing to our group to fill seats.
We do not share attendee email lists. If you want to collect emails for your own marketing, you’ll need to provide a sign-up sheet or QR code at your event and have guests opt in directly.
If you cancel, you handle guest refunds directly since ticketing stays in your control. We can reschedule marketing if needed, but refund responsibility stays with the host.
Send us your workshop idea and preferred dates. We’ll confirm the flat fee, schedule your event, and handle the promotion.
